Product Description

The whole production line mainly make HDPE drainage board, which include extruder, mould, three-roller calender, cooling bracket, edge trimming device, haul-off machine, cutter machine and winding machine.
Waterproof and drainage protection board has dimpled struction, you can quikly and efficiency drain the rain, greatly reduce and even eliminate the hydrostatic pressure of the water layer, the principle of hydraulic conductivity can be achieved through such initiatives active waterproof effect.

Technology service	The supplier provide service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliance, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing.
After-sale service	The supplier is responsible for installation, debug and training, we will realize guarantee of repair; replacement of substandard products within one year. After the machine leaves factory. Fittings of the machine will supply at preferential price after 12 months.
Debugging	The seller will send one or two technician to the buyer's plant to debugging, and the tickets, eating, transportation and visa fee will be paid by the buyer, also including 150 USD salary/person /day.
Install and training time	About 10-20days ( when you prepare well water, power supply, etc. Needed condition), there will be 1-2 professional engineer to your factory for install and training.
