Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) sheets are a high-performance thermoplastic product with outstanding comprehensive properties, and have become a mainstream material in modern packaging, industrial manufacturing and decorative applications. Possessing excellent optical clarity, high rigidity, superior dimensional stability and good recyclability, PET sheets are non-toxic and odorless, complying with food safety standards, which makes them the first choice for food containers, blister packaging, cosmetic packaging and decorative panels. In addition, PET sheets feature remarkable chemical resistance, wear resistance and temperature adaptability, working stably in the temperature range of -70ºC to 120ºC, and can be further processed through thermoforming, cutting and stretching to meet diverse application needs of different industries. Both virgin and recycled PET raw materials can be used to produce PET sheets, which perfectly aligns with the global sustainable development trend of plastic industry.
 

PET sheet production line equipment is divided into three types: Crystallizing and drying PET sheet production line single screw, Parallel twin-screw vent-free crystal drying PET sheet production line, Venting single screw -free crystal drying PET sheet production line. It can produce single, multi-layer sheet by multi-extruder co-extrusion. Processed materials can be APET, PETG, CPET etc ,the Final Products is Widely used in thermal forming, printing, metal packaging.

Qingdao Weier Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed three types of PET sheet production lines with independent core technology: crystallizing and drying single screw PET sheet production line, parallel twin-screw vent-free crystal drying PET sheet production line and venting single screw-free crystal drying PET sheet production line. The production line is designed for high efficiency, intelligence and customization, with the following core advantages:

 

1. Versatile processing capacity: It can process APET, PETG, CPET and other raw materials, and produce single or multi-layer PET sheets through multi-extruder co-extrusion. The finished products have a width of 650mm-1500mm and a thickness of 0.15-2.0mm, meeting the personalized production needs of different customers.
2. Intelligent and automatic control: Adopting PLC full-automatic control system, realizing precise parameter setting, real-time data feedback and automatic alarm. The roll is equipped with independent power, and the line speed and extruder speed are synchronized and controlled to ensure stable and consistent product quality.
3. High efficiency and easy maintenance: Equipped with precision dispenser, the material is evenly stratified and the layer ratio is adjustable. The horizontal tablet structure simplifies daily operation and maintenance work. The production line has a maximum output of 450-600kg/h, with low energy consumption and high production efficiency, effectively reducing the production cost of customers.
4. Reliable quality and certification: The key components such as screw are made of 38CrMoAlA high-quality material, with a screw L/D ratio of 33/1, ensuring the durability and stability of the equipment.
