Extruder machine to make pvc furniture band with online type printing machine
Equipment Discreption:
1)PVC single and multi edge banding production line, using to extruding single strip edge band, Mainly use PVC granule as material, after machining, can produce wood grain, single /double /three color products, it's one kind product to protect, deck and beautify the furniture.
2)It is applicable to mechanical banding of solid furniture, composite doors and wpc doors.
Process flow of pvc edge banding machine:
Extrusion line ( including single screw extruder— Mold— Embossing— Cooling— Haul off— Glueing— Coling)---surface finish ( three roller printing OR heat transfer for customers' choice)
Applicaiton of pvc edge band:
This kind of PVC edge banding could be applied in furniture, kitchen cabinet, teaching equipment, laboratory, interior design etc.
