   PP PE PC Hollow grid sheet machine from Weier falls into two broad categories. One of which is equip the single screw extruder,machine with high cost performance. Another is equip the parallel twin screw extruder, it has the characteristics of higher fillermatch for reduce the cost, Increase product profits. Both devices are used for sheet making with width from 1220mm to 2600mm and thickness from 1.5mm to 12mm ,depends to different modelsch model,also we have the co-extrusion type for customer choose.Our machine have the advantage of high output,easy operation,high precision,good products with smooth surface straight rib.

PP/PE hollow sheet is light and high strength, moisture-proof, good environmental protection and re-fabrication performance and can be used into the reusable container, packing case, clapboard, backing plate and culet.

PC hollow sheet is widely used in construction sunroof in buildings/halls/shopping center/stadium/public places of entertainment and public facility; Ring shield of bus station/garages/pergolas/corridors; noise barriers for highways and urban elevated road.

    Our extrusion line for width 2300mm sheet is equip SJ120/36 extruder, main motor 132kw, max.output up to 350kg/h. All equipment adopts PLC control, synchronous control, eazy to operate.Motor, PLC and touch screen adopts Siemens products,The frequency converter adopts ABB products. Machine has good performance of real-time ability, stabilization and reliability.

SJ120/36 Single screw extrider

High quality single screw extruder with high effective, special designed screw can help the PP material melted better in the extruder, and we can put recycled PP and 80% pp filler masterbatch for making low cost PP hollow sheet. The extruder is equipped with auto feeding system, auto temperature control system and low consumption driving system.

 

Mould

Mould adopts high-quality alloy steel and throttling device to ensure even pressure of feed influent at the mould lips, and alsodifferential action of up-down piece guarantee even thickness of the plate

Vacuum calibrating device

The device is equipped with 2 sets of shaping plates.Heating exchanging and cooling system of quick speed in calibrating system alternate effectively and ordinally with vacuum system,which ensures calibrating precision. Vacuum system composes two independent subsystems and each is equipped with several fixed circulating vacuum lines of three-point type. Meanwhile, each line carries vacuum regulating system and vacuum display system that realize even and stable vacuum degree of plate surface.



The first tractor
The first tractor is high power, high reduction ratio, multi-roller type, well low-speed operation, high traction and is able to draw the plate up from the calibrating table evenly and synchronal.
 

Infrared Alignment oven

The oven is used for heating the plates,the oven is equipped with 10 groups of infrared lamp tubes,Used for secondary heating plate to eliminate stress.

 

Air cooling device

The device equiped 4 fans, For sheet second cooling by nutural wind.

Cutting machine

Accurate instant length-fixed cutting and automatic up-down discharging system combined with alloy steel sharp blade realize high quality of cutting.
