The control is controlled by SIEMENS man-machine interface computer, SIEMENS large-screen color LCD smart-1000;Resolution 800 480, operating parameters can be freely defined and displayed on all monitors, for example, speed, temperature optimization Settings, once established can be stored, and at the same time with the following important alarm stop function :(1) main motor current overvalue;(2) after the main motor rotates, the maximum torque of 105% is allowed to last for 3 minutes, the alarm is displayed, and then the motor stops.The whole distributed network structure, not only has the speed synchronization control and self-learning function, but also has the intelligent management function.
