TPU oil pipe production line
TPU, also called Thermoplastic Urethane.
This production line mainly contains : material Dehumidifying, loading, dryer, extruder, mesh-changing unit, Melt metering pump, sheet mould, calender, roller-temperature unit, cooling unit, edge-trimming, haul-off, winder and so on.
According to different size of sheet, the mould can be adjusted automatically. thickness can be adjusted within a range, width is matched with different sizes of mould.
The TPU product is mainly used in field of Aviation, Military, Automotive, Battery, Solar energy, trains and so on.

The supplier provide service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliance ,limb , usage manual of equipment We also supply water,electricity,gas of equipment and installation drawing.
The supplier is responsible for installation,debug and training, we will realize guarantee of repair; replacement of substandard products within one year. After the machine leaves factory.
Fittings of the machine will supply at preferential price after one year .
The seller will send one or two technician to the buyer'plant to debugging,and the tickets ,eating ,transportation and visa fee will be paid by the buyer ,also including 50USD salary/person /day
