This production line consists of extruder,shaping mould,haul-off unit,cutting device and stacker,etc.
The newly designed PVC core-foamed plastic roofing sheet,improved from single -layer PVC roofing Sheet,which make the roof sheet more economically.this line has better performance and durability with High quality.
Changing some part of this line,it can produce PC,PVC translucent roofing sheet,with Transmittance ratio up to 85%

it can continuously extrude single pvc glaze tile,pvc/pmma/asa composite multi--layers glazed tiles.the line has the advantage of high production efficiency,convenient operation, long lifespan.etc.the glazed tiles are widely used for pavilions,hotel,resorts,family building places.

 

Packing & Delivery

The normal package is nude packing. Equipment will be covering with PE stretching film,next be fixed in container.The spare parts will be placed on wood box.The material of the box is smoked-free (non fumigated).
