Features:

-This type of line uses PET bottle flakes,pet sheet flakes as raw material.The material cost is very low. 
-It does not need dehumifier or crystalliaztion unit. because the extruder is twin screw style extruder. 
-The machine capacity is about 6 meters/minute at 0.6mm thickness. It is about 300KG/HR; 
-The power consuption is about 200kw/hr.
-
The final sheet is very clear and beautiful ,which can replace PC material,the sheet thickness can be 1.5mm to 1.8mm. It is more stronger and more durable with high thickness

1.Extruder: twin screw design, according to different requirement from customer, we can manufacture extruder for PET or PP wave roof sheet. 
2.Screw&barrel: guarantee excellent plasticizing effect and stable,high speed extrusion. Low-noise wind cooling system, closed barrel design has good heat conduction and heat emitting.
3.Gear box: adopts soundproof design for gear box, the gear has been experienced hardening treatment, with forced lubrication system,which assure running under low-noise. 
4.Filter screen changer: double filter screen changer assure easy operation.
5.The three-roller calendar: individual transmission control for each roller, the clearance is adjustable.
6.Heating unit: it apply preforming treatment to meet forming requirement before coming to second processing.
7.Forming unit: its suitable design ensures quick forming, exact size of sheet..
8.Haul-off unit: it is of simple two-roller take-up design, clearance can be freely adjusted, it adopts frequncy conversion speed control,, which ensures various extrusion speed and stable running.
9.Cutting unit: feasible cutting style, the super alloy steel blade ensures quick and smooth cutting.
10.Control system: variety of control system available for different customer's requirement. ( such as PLC control).
