---Produce Application---
The extrusion line mainly divide into 2 type by production capacity. The small production line is equipped SJ75/30 extruder for hose with size 2-4", the big one is equipped SJ90/30 extruder for hose with size 6-16". Producing TPU Layflat Hose from extruded thermoplastic polyester based polyurethane (TPU) with excellent wear & tear properties. The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn. The "extrusion through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester. Its high quality TPU construction gives it excellent resistance to wear, gouging, and tears. It is also resistant to many chemicals and its superior construction makes it light in weight as compared to rubber hoses and permits it to be made in very long lengths - even in larger diameters. The interlocked reinforcement weaves ensure that the extension in hose length is minimized when the hose is pulled or pressurized - which also keeps "snaking" of the hose to a minimum.

 

Structure of TPU Layflat Hose:
Inner layer: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
Reinforcement: High strength circular woven polyester or polyamide.
Outer layer: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).

Applications of TPU Layflat Hose:
For transfer of chemicals, oil & fuel, abrasive substances, potable water, or transfer over highly abrasive ground. Used for
applications requiringa heavier high pressure hose or more chemical & abrasion resistant hose.

The extrusion line is used to produce layflat hose with diameter 4-16" with bursting pressure max to 8.4mPa. The extrusion speed is different from 0.3-0.8m/min depend to diameter and bursting pressure.

Woven fabric pretreatment machine

The equipment is used for remove impurities and moisture from woven fabric.Make the woven fabric stretch, clean, TPU melt better adhere to the surface

Extruder

The production ling adopt extruder model SJ90/30 or SJ75/30 according to producing hose diameter and bursting pressure. the SJ90/30 with motor 55kw, output 150kg/hr. the SJ75/30 extruder with motor 37kw, output 100kg/hr.

Cooling tank

The cooling tank with length 6m, to shape hose with spray water.



Dragger

The machine complete the traction action by dragging the track.The upper and lower tracks are equipped with independent power systems to provide the maximum traction and stability
 

Winder

The winder is equipped with reels of sufficient size for layflat upto 200m.

Q1.How to pay to you?
A:1)30% of total amount paid by TT as advance, then the seller start production
2)after the machine is finished ,buyer come to test the machine in seller's factory ,
and then pay the 70% balance by TT or irrevocable L/C at sight . Then seller ship the machine.
Q2.How long is the delivery time?
A: For standard machines, it would be 30 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according
to client s specific requirements, it would be 45 days.
Q3.Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
A:Yes,for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.
Q4.How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
Q5.What's your after-sales service ?
(1)The supplier provides service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliances, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing. (2)The supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 100 USD for each engineer will be born by the buyers. We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.
Q6.What's your warranty?
We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine arrived in customer's factory (except destroyed by buyers' wrong operation). We guarantee the material of screw & barrel (guarantee without normal abrasion). And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will supply at preferential price after one year.
