Based on our experience,PVC edge banding can be manufactured both by singe screw and twin screw extruder.If your capacity is big , then we suggest twin screw extruder, however, if you have no much experience , so we suggest you singe screw extruder.

The surface of PVC edge banding can be treated by two colors printing or three colors printing.After printing,the surface also need to coat UV varnish.After UV varnish,the Final PVC edge banding is more high glossy or Matt glossy.
Whole process for PVC single edge banding machine by single screw extruder:
Extrusion line ( including single screw extruder- Mold- Embossing- Cooling- Haul off- Glueing- Coiling)---surface finish ( three roller printing OR heat transfer for customers' choice)

    The extrusion line is used to produce PVC edge band with windth 9-40mm, thickness 0.4-2mm.ipes. The line is equipped SJ65/25 extruder with main motor 15kw, output up to 50kg/h. And the equipment is equipped with a screen changer, which is used to filter impurities when use recycling materials.

SJ65/25 Single screw extrider

Using the high efficient single screws SJ6520 with L/D 33:1, main motor 250kw,maximum production 800kg/h ,specially designed for PP,PE granule material to ensure uniformed plasticization, highextrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.

 

PVC edge band extrusion Mould

PVC edge band extrusion mould is made by material 5CrNiMo. Each type edge band is made by own mould.

Cooling tank

Cooling tank for PVC edge band cooling and molding. The front-end of the water tank is equipped with embossing roller ,used for surface embossing. The after-end is equipped with draught fan , to dry the surface moisture of the product.


Haul-off machine with glue device
The Haul-off machine equipped 0.75kw motor to drag and drop products, At the same time to provide power to the gluing device, to apply glue to the back of the banding strip.
 

Winding machine

The equipment is equipped with torque motor,Automatic adjustment of winding torque, adapt to all kinds of production speed

Q1.How to pay to you?
A:1)30% of total amount paid by TT as advance, then the seller start production 
2)after the machine is finished ,buyer come to test the machine in seller's factory , 
and then pay the 70% balance by TT or irrevocable L/C at sight . Then seller ship the machine.
Q2.How long is the delivery time?
A: For standard machines, it would be 30 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according 
to client s specific requirements,  it would be 45 days. 
Q3.Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
A:Yes,for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.
Q4.How about the documents after shipment? 
After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List,  
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
Q5.What's your after-sales service ?
(1)The supplier provides service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliances, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing. (2)The supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the air tickets, insurance, eating, housing and every day 50 USD for each engineer will be born by the buyers. We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.
Q6.What's your warranty?
We will realize guarantee of repair; replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine arrived in customer's factory (except destroyed by buyers' wrong operation). We guarantee the material of screw & barrel (guarantee without normal abrasion). And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will supply at preferential price after one year.
