   Optical sheet products are mainly used in automobile industry, electronics, electrical industry, membrane switch, computers, mobile phones, liquid crystal display, sunglasses, sun hat, plating mirror, protective masks, special printing, medical kits etc.
   From the selection of raw materials to the manufacturing precision of extrusion process and equipment,every detail must be precisely controlled
   This line requires dust-free production condition. A closed-loop speed feedback system on feeder, extruder, metering pump, calender, hauloff and reeler, which maximizes the synchronization of each unit, that is the key point to ensure this optical sheet products with high quality. Every roll passes the dynamic balance test and is equipped with advanced online multi-point pachometer and automatic reeling system.
