High Output PVC Edge Banding Making Machine

Based on our experience,PVC edge banding can be manufactured both by singe screw and twin screw extruder.If your capacity is big , then we suggest twin screw extruder, however, if you have no much experience , so we suggest you singe screw extruder.

The surface of PVC edge banding can be treated by two colors printing or three colors printing.After printing,the surface also need to coat UV varnish.After UV varnish,the Final PVC edge banding is more high glossy or Matt glossy.

This product is featured by its good banding effect,easy operation and high etilization rate,therefore it is applicable to  mechanical banding of solid furniture,composite doors and WPC doors.
