Product description
This production line is composed of control system, twin conical screw extruder,mould.calibrating device, haul-off device, cutting machine, and discharging table. It has the advantages of compact structure, good plasticization, high output and long servicing life.
The cutter is equipped with PLC control system, which helps with setting the length and precise cutting.
The PVC ceiling is made by PVC and some additives. It is mostly used in the kitchen
and washroom decoration.
It has the characteristics of the light weight, moisture-proof, heat insulation and it is not easy to fire, absorb dust,but easy to paint, install.
The PVC ceiling machine includes the extruder, mould,haul-off, cutting machine and tiling table.
And it has been tested for many times, so it has the advantages of saving energy
and material, and increasing efficiency and profit by adopting advanced technology.
The product of the PVC ceiling machine is smooth, beautiful, and no harm odor,
